It is said that the best way to share something with someone or to find a solution to a problem is by standing in front of the mirror and talking to your own self. And yes that really helps. It’s like the moment of truth! You know that there is nobody but yet you feel the presence of someone. Someone who truly knows you, someone who understands you, someone who knows your past and what you have been going through, someone who really loves you. And that someone is no one but YOU! You know it’s just a reflection, yet you treat it as a person. You shout at it or treat it as a friend. At times there are lovey-dovey talks, at times there is crying that never stops. At times there is a moment of madness, at times there are just taunts and words of harshness! It’s not a thing that only crazy people do, it is the moment that happens with everyone. Who says that doing such a thing is bad or a thing to be done when you feel sad. Like a ritual it should be done everyday, acts like a stress buster and helps you keep calm and be happy in your own special way!
